We’re a team of exhibition specialists with heaps of experience designing, project managing, building and installing show-stopping exhibition stands that wow our customers’ audiences (and their competitors!).

While we’re based in Cambridgeshire, we work across the UK and Europe and have worked at almost every major exhibition venue you can imagine.

How do we design such engaging exhibition stands?
Good question. We put our clients first, and while we obviously give advice and guidance, their word is final. No pushy sales tactics, no trying to get them to spend more than what’s needed. So we know that what we produce is what they want.
We’ve also got an incredibly enthusiastic team that takes real pride in their work and is meticulous in their planning. Our designers are up-to-date with all the latest industry trends and design technology, and they know all the tips and tricks of the trade.

Do Motive Exhibitions do everything in-house?
Yes. The project management, the design, the build, and the on-site management during events – our team does everything, so we have total control over the results.
You’re building an exhibition stand for our competitor; will you build ours, too?
Yes, of course. It’s not rare that we work with more than one client at the same event. We’re excellent at planning – and multi-tasking – and we guarantee that everyone gets the same level of service, whether you’ve got a small shell scheme stand or a double-decker whopper.
Is there anything Motive Exhibitions won’t do?
We don’t design or use roller banners, banner stands, pop-up stands, or tabletop stands. It’s not that they don’t work; it’s just that we like to come up with bespoke designs that meet your brand’s objectives.
Our budget isn’t huge. Can we still work with you?
There’s a stand for every budget, we promise. No matter how much money you have to spend, we’ll work with you to design an exhibition stand which maximises every penny.
We can discuss hiring different elements to keep the cost down, and we have plenty of design options available. Rest assured – we’ll stick to your budget like glue. No hidden fees or expenses here! Yes – in fact, we encourage it. Hiring part – or all – of your stand is a cost-effective and sustainable way to exhibit. We’ll still combine the hired components with bespoke designs to make your exhibition stand fit with your brand guidelines. Like we said, we know all the tips and tricks!
