Firstly, we’ll take the time to understand your client base, target audience, and business aspirations.
We’ll never look at an exhibition stand in isolation; it’s important that we have a clear idea of your full events calendar and what objectives you want to achieve so that we can think of ways to make sure your stand can be used as many times as you need.
Exhibition stand design
After our initial meeting, where we’ll chat about your initial concept and event objectives, we’ll get to work finding creative ways to produce a showstopping exhibition stand.
We’ll never just give you one proposal. Instead, you’ll get various designs to choose from. Some customers are immediately drawn to one option, while some like to create a bit of a pick and mix of all the concepts. Whatever you choose, we’ll look at every tiny detail: graphics, materials, furniture, displays, lighting. Everything will be cohesive and on-brand, and we can provide samples of everything, including carpet, wood, and metals.
We’re a creative team and love experimenting with novel design ideas. Many of us have studied graphic design, we regularly undergo training, and we’re always up-to-date with the latest industry trends. So, we’ll likely be able to provide you with some concepts you might not have thought of! All, of course, while sticking to your budget like glue.
We design our stands with sustainability in mind, so we’ll make sure that your space includes elements that can be reused, recycled, or even hired. This makes the exhibition process much more eco-friendly; plus, your budget will go that bit further.
Exhibition stand build
Once we’ve all settled on a design, it’s time to get our toolkit out.
You’ll have the chance to experience your design in our workshop before the exhibition even starts. We’ll build your stand in all its glory so you know exactly what to expect on day one of the event. This is your opportunity to give us feedback, and we’ll sometimes make suggestions for modifications, too.
As soon as everyone’s happy and the design is signed off, your stand will be carefully dismantled ready for transport to the venue, where our expert build team will bring your stand back to life! We’ll take care of everything so you know as soon as the event officially starts, you can hit the ground running and welcome customers immediately.
At the end of the event, our build team will dismantle your stand. If it’s part of our agreement, we’ll also store it for you and ensure it’s in tip-top condition the next time you need it.
Onsite support to keep everything running smoothly
Usually, once a stand is built to perfection and handed over to your show team, we’ll head home for some well-earned rest before returning at the end of the event to dismantle the stand for you.
However, if you need us to be onsite for the duration of an exhibition, we can be. If this is something you think might be of use to you, let us know during the planning stage, and we can ensure that we’re on-hand at the touch of a button!
Otherwise, we’re located right in the middle of the country next to the A1 so can be at most major exhibition venues within just a few hours if emergencies crop up.
For international shows, our project team will be there for the duration.
Part of your exhibition team
We’re far from being “just another stand contractor”. Consider us as an extension of your events or marketing department, with you every step of the way pre-, during, and post-event.
You’ll have a dedicated project manager to work with you. They’ll integrate themselves into your show team and learn as much as possible about your business, audience, objectives, and aspirations.
And they’ll be on the end of the phone whenever you need them. You’ll never get passed from pillar to post because your project manager will become your main point of contact and will do any liaising for you.
Whether this is your first exhibition or you’re a seasoned pro, your project manager – and our whole team – will take the stress out of the entire process so that you can focus on connecting with your customers.
