Sam Hudson

If it’s being built, moved, polished or powered up – Sam’s probably behind it. As our Operations Director, Sam’s the one making sure exhibition stands go from workshop to wow without a hitch. Whether he’s pre-building stands in our warehouse or knee-deep in tools at an event, he’s the calm in the chaos, getting everything done and keeping the wheels turning (sometimes literally).

He handles it all – logistics, kit, vehicles, compliance, maintenance, health & safety (borin’ell), and the all-important finishing touches before clients see their stand for the first time. Sam also designed and implemented our warehouse layout – a bit of a masterpiece if we’re honest.

Sam’s got his transport manager qualification, a talent for team spirit, and a reputation for being as loyal and dependable as they come. Clients and colleagues say he’s charismatic, calm under pressure, and yes, a touch eccentric – but always all-in for the team.

Outside work, Sam’s all about motorsport, mountain biking, and Queen Pippa – his dog and weekend sidekick. When he’s not walking her in style, he’s probably digging “ponds” in the garden, watching Only Fools and Horses, or tucking into a top-tier fajita.
