Will Pitts
Exhibition stand designer
From trainee fitter to full on stand designer, Will has carved a brilliant path through the Motive team, proving that talent, initiative and a good eye for design go a long way. With a background in design, he joined us straight from sixth form and quickly made himself known for his flair with 3D software and smart thinking.
Today, he’s one of the brains behind the standout designs you see all over our LinkedIn feed. He takes briefs (from detailed wish lists to the good old “we’ve no idea yet”) and turns them into show stopping stands that reflect each client’s brand and bring in the crowds.
With a great design eye and hands on experience of the build process, Will has a sharp sense of what works on the show floor. He brings every project to life – and you might see him helping out on a stand build in the exhibition hall too (he can’t help himself!).
Outside of work, Will buys and sells vintage clothing, has a serious T shirt addiction, loves to surf in Cornwall, and plays high level inline hockey. His team, the PGKA Mooseheads, are back to back U21 national champions – and hunting for their next win.
