Zak Kightley

Production Director

Zak Kightley Profile 1

One of the original founders of Motive Exhibitions, Zak is the powerhouse behind the scenes – and when he’s in the workshop, you’ll know about it. Between his booming laugh, larger-than-life energy and legendary motivational playlist, Zak brings serious momentum (and a lot of noise) to every build.

With a background in graphic design, print, production and exhibition management, plus a Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Zak knows what top-quality looks like and exactly how to make it happen. From the first sketch to the final install, he’s all over the detail and never afraid to get stuck in.

As Operations Director, he’s the guy sorting the big exhibition graphics one minute and fixing a flickering light the next – all while keeping projects moving, people motivated and standards sky high.

Outside of work, Zak’s a proud dad to three teenage girls and spends most of his weekends in gym halls, theatres or trying to get into one of the bathrooms at home.

Driven, hands-on and a total people person, Zak’s the guy you want in your corner when there’s work to do and results to deliver.
