We’re looking for a New Business Development Manager
At Motive Exhibitions, we design and build custom and modular exhibition stands that help brands get noticed. From the first idea to the final install, we make exhibitions easy, effective, and even enjoyable for our clients. We’re a friendly, down-to-earth team that gets stuck in, solves problems quickly, and keeps things straightforward. We’re also just nice people to work with—which is always a bonus.

This is a brand new role, ready for someone to make their own! We’re looking for someone ambitious and switched on to join us as our first New Business Development Manager.
It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and carve out a long term path in a growing creative business. You don’t need years of experience—we’ll give you the tools, training, and support to succeed.

You won’t be doing it alone. Our amazing marketing team runs a wide range of campaigns to support you. From SEO and paid ads to email, blog content, and LinkedIn, you’ll have a steady stream of warm leads and strong brand visibility to boost your efforts. We’ll also equip you with tools to help you research and follow up on leads who’ve engaged with our content.
It’s an exciting time to join us. The UK events industry is experiencing significant growth, and Motive Exhibitions is growing right along with it.
