About Motive Exhibitions and Motive Graphics

In the last few years, our exhibition stand design, graphics, and installation business has grown faster than we ever imagined. We’re constantly in demand because we build long-lasting relationships with clients and create exhibition stands that stop people in their tracks.

To make that happen, we’ve brought together a talented team from a wide range of backgrounds. Everyone brings something different to the table, and we always make sure there are opportunities to develop new skills. You’ll have the same opportunity.

What will you do as a Project Co-ordinator?

• Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office

• Support the Graphics Manager and Project Manager with larger projects and installations

• Liaise on a daily basis with all parts of the business, the supply chain, and installation teams

What are we looking for?

• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google Suite or Office 365

• Someone super organised

• Someone who “gets stuff done”

• Fantastic communication skills

• Ideally, experience in a customer-facing role

• Strong attention to detail

• Self-motivation and a desire to learn

• A sense of humour

• Someone who isn’t afraid to put their hand up and make suggestions

• Qualifications in a design or media studies-related field are beneficial

• A valid driving licence is required, as occasional client visits will be necessary

• Someone who knows everything. “Can you find a carpet in Manchester at short notice?” … I can. “Has anyone got a copy of the RAMS for this?” … I have

Pay:

£28000.00 – £30000.00 per year (pro rata)

Education:
A-Level or equivalent (required)

Experience:
Some experience in a role requiring strong organisational skills is required
