How long does it take to plan an exhibition?
Regular exhibitors plan their exhibitions well in advance, 6-12 months ahead is considered normal. Planning ahead will enable you to:
- Develop a marketing plan for your exhibition
- Identify exhibitions that will attract your target audience
- Secure a good spot in a prime location in the exhibition hall
- Evaluate and confirm the exhibition design agency with which you plan to work
- Establish a brief and plan of action – a focused brief will give the exhibition designers the best opportunity to create a stand with your target market in mind and make valuable recommendations and ideas
- Assign resources
– Who will attend and man the stand?
– Will you build it yourself?
– Do you need additional external support?

For your peace of mind, we always invite you to see your stand before the day of the exhibition as all of our stands are built onsite at our manufacturing facilities before the final installation to ensure they are perfect.
