With over 35,000+ visitors expected, Bett UK is a fantastic opportunity to introduce your brand to key decision-makers from the education and EdTech community.
Packed with established names like headline partner Microsoft, and high-profile partners Intel, British Esports, Department for Education, HP and LEGO Education, Bett UK is the go-to event for educational professionals in 2026.
A carefully planned exhibition stand will get your brand in front of key players seeking new ways to make their educational setting more efficient. Whether you’re planning a compact display or a larger, immersive setup, Motive can help you create an exhibition stand that gets noticed by the right people.
Before you commit to exhibiting, get clear on your goals. Exhibiting is a significant investment, so you’ll want to make sure every penny works hard. Are you looking to build brand awareness? Generate leads? Connect with decision-makers ready to place orders? Defining your objectives will make your whole experience at Bett UK much more effective.
Next, budget smartly. Your stand needs to stand out and grab attention while leaving room for the other essentials – like engaging displays, furniture, marketing materials, and technology.
Live demos and interactive displays draw crowds, but power, equipment, and compliance all need to be sorted in advance. To get ahead on your logistical needs, partner with experienced exhibition stand builders like us. We can handle the organisation, paperwork and health & safety to make sure everything runs smoothly, which we know gives our global exhibitors peace of mind.
Once you’ve worked out your goals, how are you going to measure success? Are you aiming for 50 solid leads? Do you want 10 buyers ready to commit on the spot? Specific targets keep your team focused and help you track your ROI.
Finally, put everything together in a detailed exhibition brief. Don’t skip this step – because whether you’re going it alone or working with a stand-building partner like us, thorough planning and design will save you money, effort and avoid many potential headaches.

Exhibition stands we can build at Bett show UK
ExCeL London is one of Europe’s premier exhibition spaces with many different options on their floorplan menu, so the sky’s the limit when it comes to creative design.
Here are our top stand options for Bett UK:
Built from the ground up to match your brand and business goals, bespoke stands give you complete creative freedom.
Whether you opt for a single or double-deck stand, bold graphics, interactive elements, or a sleek product showcase, this option really makes you stand out from the competition.
A flexible, cost-effective solution, modular stands can be reconfigured for different events.
Made up of interlocking components like giant Lego sets, they create a seamless, professional display without the price tag of a fully custom build.
We’ve designed a huge range of high-impact modular stands over the years, to wow Excel London’s visitors. It’s an ideal choice if you’re not ready to invest in a permanent stand, and you can combine modular frameworks with custom features, without the higher costs of a permanent, custom-built display.
Shell scheme exhibition stands are a budget-friendly option, and come in a range of sizes from 3m x 3m to 6m x 3m or 8m x 3m, often as part of all-inclusive packages.
These stands may be smaller, but they still offer plenty of room to get creative. With the right design, a shell scheme can be just as effective as a larger setup.
Ideal for those new to exhibiting or testing the waters at a new show, shell schemes include flooring, lighting, and power (500 watts). You can also ask to remove the fascia board to help make the space feel more open. The larger the stand, the more you can add, such as product displays or video walls.
Exhibition stand hire
If your plans for the next year aren’t finalised and you’re not ready to commit to a permanent stand, our exhibition hire service is the perfect solution.
You can rent an entire modular stand or just specific pieces, or even mix and match custom-made elements with rented items.
Hiring is both cost-effective and sustainable – a great budget-friendly choice, especially if this is your first big show.
