Go4Schools modular exhibition stand case study at Schools and Academies Show London, a demo-focused build that put new features front and centre

Go4Schools, a school management software platform covering attendance, marking and grading, returned to Schools and Academies Show London 2026 at ExCeL London with a 6x3m modular exhibition stand hire. Built around console tables and screens to let visitors demo the platform directly, with a branded lightbox showcasing how the different software modules work together.

Getting the software in front of the right people

Go4Schools provides school management software covering attendance, marking, grading and reporting to schools across the UK. Schools and Academies Show London is one of the most important dates in their annual calendar – a one-day event at ExCeL London that brought together over 4,000 school leaders, 200+ exhibitors and 150+ speakers on 7 May 2026.

We have worked with Go4Schools for a number of years, building modular exhibition stands of different sizes for different shows and audiences. The brief for SAAS London 2026 was consistent with every Go4Schools show – get in front of the right school leaders, and make sure the software can be demonstrated properly on the stand.

An exhibition stand designed around the demo

The 6x3m space-only exhibition stand with back wall was designed to give every visitor a proper look at the software. Two high console tables gave visitors somewhere to sit and engage with the platform, each with a screen above. A branded curved counter at the front provided a reception point and storage. The platform floor was branded in Go4Schools colours throughout.

A branded lightbox was the hero element – displaying the different software modules and showing visitors how they connect. Go4Schools are constantly releasing new features, and the lightbox gave the team a clear, visual way to show off everything the platform can do. It will be reused at other shows later in the year.
