A bespoke exhibition stand to increase sub-brand exposure
Destiny Foods sells French confectionery, but it also has a sub-brand called Pole Sud, which sells ice cream.
Increasing Pole Sud’s brand awareness was the key focus of this show at London’s ExCeL.
The challenge of frozen goods
Working with stand designs that display frozen goods always throws up a challenge or two. But, with Destiny Foods’ main objective for the show being to increase sales of its ice cream products, we had to design a bespoke exhibition stand where freezers were essentially the focal point.
Ice cream samples and focal-point freezers
The ice cream sections of the previous Destiny Food stand designs were limited to one single freezer.
Knowing that the brief was to create a stand that would increase awareness and sales of the Pole Sud products, we expanded this area while ensuring the other products remained visible.
We devoted one side of the stand to Pole Sud, with bright, bespoke graphics of delicious-looking ice creams on the walls. This drew in the crowds, and the counter serving free samples meant that visitors stayed for a chat while sampling the goods!
The opposite side of the stand design focused on the confectionary lines; again, this was all brought together with big, creative graphics profiling the products. It’s hard to walk straight past a stand with an enormous picture of a buttery, flaky croissant on one wall.
We also built a TV screen into the design, which the client put to great use with presentations and videos.
