A high-end modular stand design

The client wanted a “high-end, cocktail bar feel” for their exhibition stand, which would differentiate them from their competitors while focusing on sustainability.

A cosy ambience

We needed to create the ambience of a high-end, cosy cocktail bar – without the working bar!

Renovation Underwriting wanted to stand out from the crowd and create an informal, welcoming atmosphere, a total opposite to some of the more corporate stands commonly associated with insurance exhibitions

The finer details

The client had a real eye for detail and wanted samples of all the materials we suggested, including the wood we planned to use for the bar benches and the copper lettering we’d proposed for the “bar” sign and downlighting. We were only too happy to share these with them, making the process of designing this modular exhibition stand really collaborative.

While incorporating the brand’s colours, we used lots of mid-tone wood and metal to create a cosy, luxury feel to the stand – perfectly complemented by the client handing out alcoholic drinks to their guests!

We integrated lots of hired and reusable elements into the exhibition stand to meet the client’s sustainability requests, including a hired light wall. This means they won’t need to start the design from scratch next time, making the process more eco-friendly and maximising their budget.
