Making IPL unmissable with a custom stand built from their products

IPL Global is a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions for a variety of industries across the world. We partner with customers to design, manufacture and deliver the right product for the job, always adding value long past the initial investment. This was one of several exhibition stands we have designed and built for IPL Global in the past 18 months.

A customised stand using IPL products

We knew we had to pull something pretty impressive out of the bag to win the team over. “We put their products at the heart of the design, then added details that would be totally bespoke and customisable to their stand and product and give them flexibility.” Edward Marshall, exhibition stand designer said.

We built a custom framework for the wall of their exhibition stand which housed their boxes, which also doubled up as shelving units and turned them into a central part of the display. A branded welcome desk was made from their products and lit up. “The overall stand aesthetic was an eye-catching, one-off display. It was completely unique to them, and you couldn’t miss it.” said Edward.

Designed with flexibility in mind

For the back wall, we used a modular system with printed fabric panels that were lighter and smaller to transport. “We wanted to ensure they felt they were getting value for money and a stand that could be used again and again if they wanted to.” Edward said.

We were mindful of their focus on sustainability throughout the process. Outside of the customisation to showcase their products, we also reused flooring; the modular framework of the stand was rented from us, and the furniture is owned by them and stored by us, and can easily be reused by any of the IPL divisions. The entire stand is 100% reusable.
